DC-UPS Accessories: Shunt, Cables, Temperature Compensation Probes and Battery Banks

ADELSystem designs accessories that complement its industrial power supply product range. These accessories include shunts, cables, temperature compensation probes and battery holder modules.

ADELSystem Shunt50

The Shunt50 is a current measuring shunt resistor that enables remote system monitoring of current usage, and assists in electrical fault finding.

This is suitable for use with ADELSystem DPY351 and DC-UPS size 3 models: CBI1235A, CBI2420A and CBI4810A.

ADELSystem Cables

ADELSystem RJUSB280 and RJUSBSD cables are designed for DC-UPS applications. If you cannot find, or do not know the type of cable you need for your projects, please contact our team.

The RJUSB280 cable is a specialised cable typically used to connect suitable industrial devices to a computer via a USB interface, which will enable data transfer and/or configuration. While the RJUSBSD connector cable is commonly used for connecting a USB device to a power supply.

ADELSystem Temperature Compensation Probe

Temperature compensation probe is a sensor used for UPS units to gauge battery temperature, which allows the system to change its charging voltage based on thermal input.

The following temperature compensation probes are compatible with ADELSystem’s line of battery holder modules, which you can view below.

RJTEMP451: for DC-UPS Sizes 1, 2, 3 and 1m in length
RJTEMP453: for DC-UPS Sizes 1, 2, 3 and 3m in length
RJTEMP111: for DC-UPS Size 4 and 1m in length

ADELSystem Battery Holder Modules

ADELSystem introduced its second-generation ultra-compact battery holders (small VRLA), that are compatible with its DC-UPS “All-in-One” VRLA and Lead AGM battery product range.

These battery holder modules are used to allow you to wall mount or DIN rail mount ADELSystem battery banks, with the exception of the BTH 12 VRLA unit which is only suitable for wall mounting.

The small VRLA battery holder range is made of steel for high battery protection, has IP20 protection rating, and can be used for industrial applications.
